1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Petvin Febtech are estimates based on the supplied engineering drawings, material specifications, tolerances, and quantities.

• Quotations are generally valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
• Prices are subject to revision if raw material market prices fluctuate significantly or if modifications are made to the initial drawings/CAD models.
• Taxes (GST), packaging, and freight charges will be billed as applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Manufacturing Tolerances & Inspection

Parts are manufactured according to standard sheet metal fabrication and fiber laser cutting tolerances (typically ±0.05 mm for laser cutting and standard press brake bending tolerances) unless specific tighter tolerances are agreed upon in writing prior to production.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Customers retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights to their drawings, models, and custom designs. Petvin Febtech agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary customer technical data.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a formal purchase order (PO) or written approval along with the agreed advance payment. Standard payment terms require advance deposit for raw materials and balance payment prior to dispatch, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery & Lead Times

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines commence after receipt of approved drawings, raw materials, and advance payment. While we strive to meet all agreed turnaround times, Petvin Febtech is not liable for delays caused by external logistics, raw material supply shortages, power outages, or force majeure events.

6. Quality Claims & Inspection Period

Any claims regarding manufacturing defects, quantity discrepancies, or dimensional deviations must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with inspection reports or supporting photos.

7. Limitation of Liability

Petvin Febtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of manufactured parts. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected order.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
